capoeira agora in the park 2010

Throughout the Spring/Summer 2010, Capoeira Agora will run a project in Londons' parks. The purpose of the project (outdoor free classes) is to bring Capoeira closer to those new to the art form.

Whether the participats want to try Capoeira or whether just fancy a little bit of al fresco exercise, they can join us for free and enjoy the experience.

The training is aimed especially at those new to Capoeira, who wish to try the art form, but the main goal is to exercise and enjoy ourselves, so everybody, regardless of age and fitness level and previous experience, are welcome.
